Before you start

For AppFlowy, send me your email first — I'll switch on sign-up, then you make the workspace yourself.

Everything is stored in your workspace on the server and syncs across devices. You build pages from blocks — text, a to-do list, a table, a kanban board — and nest them inside each other like folders. You can start from a ready template (journal, tasks, wiki) and gradually bend it to fit you.

Step by step

    Download AppFlowy (Windows, macOS or Linux).

  2. 2

    On first launch choose Self-hosted (Cloud Settings) and enter the server below.

  3. 3

    Sign up with the email I enabled — and you're set.

Tips & troubleshooting

  • Start from a ready-made template (tasks, journal, wiki) and tweak it.
  • Changes sync across devices through the server.
  • Sign-up not working? I probably haven't enabled your email yet — message me.
